VP of Logistics: Primary role involves facilitating and planning for the movement of the Band, Drumline, Color Guard and Spring Bands. Scheduling and dealing with truck rentals and seeking individuals to drive those rented trucks as well as to find volunteers to use their own trucks to pull Eagle 2. Plans, books and arranges to tender payment for all aspects of overnight trips for all the various groups by researching and communicating with the various leaders choices that are available to the group during that planned travel. Heads the Tour Team that aides in decisions to effectively and appropriately follow prior protocol and appropriateness for the planned trip. Works closely with the VP of Chaperones to ensure that Chaperone/Student needs are met. Also works closely with the Treasurer as tour dates approach to ensure that all payments for all traveling students have been remitted/paid. Schedules and heads mandatory trip meetings and plans for the appropriate paperwork to be provided and gathered at those meetings. Ensures that all overnight trips stay on target and most critically within budget.
